∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical/Mechanical/EEE//IPE Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commissioning, Edible Oil Refinery, Installation/ Erection, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and actively participate in the planning, erection, and commissioning of Edible Oil.
∎ To provide strategic direction for operational excellence and ensure thorough gap analysis on procedures, people competencies and organizational set up.
∎ Oversee site logistics and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a synchronized erection process.
∎ Determine the most efficient and safe methods for assembly and installation.
∎ Develop erection plans and schedules.
∎ Prepare engineering analysis of the project including Preliminary design, calculation, life cycle of machinery, cost of maintenance & equipment including manpower cost in mechanical & electrical division.
∎ Prepare & perform annual budget for plant.
∎ Make continuous efforts to reduce wastage and cost-cutting in every section at factories.
∎ Manage end to end production, maintenance of edible oil manufacturing.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers- expectations.
∎ Production planning daily/weekly/monthly with available resources to meet production demand.
∎ Ensure accountability of Raw Materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and other stores.
∎ Establish group and individual accountabilities for safety leadership, problem solving and cost reduction.
∎ Ensure proper and timely supply of material requirements through planning oil supply purchases.
∎ Responsible for overall production and quality assurance as per the established quality target.
∎ Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, effectively.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
∎ Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices.
∎ Identifying and addressing technical issues or breakdowns in the production process to minimize downtime.
∎ Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to technical processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
