At least 10 years experience in procurement department
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a "DGM-Procurement" who is committed, strategist, proactive and competitive for business operation.
∎ Candidates must have experience handling suppliers in the field of purchasing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, execution and maintain purchase department as per guidance of Senior Management.
∎ Maintain smooth supply, delivery system for the Group.
∎ Source appropriate suppliers, assess competencies and invite offers, evaluate supplier offers.
∎ Sourcing plans and implement timely procurement to meet organization requirements.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of goods as per demand.
∎ To develop procurement strategy that supports and meeting company strategy, company performance objectives.
∎ Develop and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing.
∎ Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
∎ To keep liaison with local suppliers.
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality materials with competitive price.
∎ To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame.
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You must have the quality to lead the team.
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Access, etc.) and other Software.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude.
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
∎ The tendency to market study frequently.
Salary:
