Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)/EEE from a recognized public or private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling overall factory operations like Galvanizing, Tower, Hardware & Accessories, Store, Raw material etc.
∎ Making plan for production process on daily/weekly/monthly basis to produce high quality of products and shipments delivery within committed times.
∎ Develop Galvanizing process for improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials for maximum production.
∎ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ Provide all kinds of support to the production and maintenance sections and their activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ Evaluate current overall production activities and make recommendations for improvements if any.
∎ Develop best practices to improve Galvanizing, Hardware, Tower etc productions capacity, quality, and reliability.
∎ Identify needs of manufacturing produces for new products development.
∎ Ensure product and process quality and meets specifications as required.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly delivery schedule for Internal and external suppliers.
∎ Identifying lack of operations process or procedures which may cause of main obstruction for expected quality and efficiency level.
∎ Ensure safe workplace conditions and proper housekeeping considering safety and compliance manner.
∎ Monitoring employee's daily activities and take accountability for highest level achievement.
∎ Arrange necessary training and motivations for workplace employees and developing their skill and competency.
∎ Increasing production and efficiency by using/ introducing modern tools and methods.
∎ Coordinate to other department and central HR and H/O people if necessary.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly production and delivery reports and updating to the ED and MD.
∎ Candidate should have clear understanding on related modern technology, strategic tools & methods, engineering knowledge, marketing knowledge , lean management and 5s theory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 10 years' working experience in any reputed private organization(s).
∎ 5 years' experience in the post of AGM and above.
∎ Written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Leadership Quality.
∎ Good Physical Strength for hard works with fitness.
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel).
∎ Appropriately Mailing communication skills.
∎ Honest.
∎ Open Mind.
∎ Truthfulness.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Good compliance executor at workplace.
∎ Obedient to senior.
Salary: Negotiable
