Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on LC opening, checking, verifying & amending Documents & record sheet preparing;
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities;
∎ Prepare import documentation and submit to the bank.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
∎ Payment follow-up with Bank /Buyer.
∎ Management of Customs Bond;
∎ UD & other customs related functions;
∎ Cash incentive related to all documentation and conducting Audit against Cash Incentive claim in a timely manner;
∎ Co-ordinate with other Govt./Regulatory Offices for the smooth and timely operation of the commercial department;
∎ Logistics and shipping functions relating to export-import activities;
∎ Effective communication with freight forwarders & C& F agents for timely forwarding of export consignment & clearance of import consignment;
∎ Good knowledge regarding the Work Order processing & receiving, issuance of P/I, S/C adding necessary terms & conditions;
∎ Yearly renewal of all licenses of companies and indemnity Bond releasing from port against imported machinery. To obtain approval/any License if required in favor of the Company.
