Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Senior Study Abroad/Education Consultant with expertise, a growth mindset, and a passion for challenges which will significantly contribute to our efforts to make studying abroad more accessible than ever.
∎ Centre for Education (CFE is a private limited company incorporated both in the UK and Bangladesh. CFE is a global education and migration consultancy firm based in London, and operating offices and programmers' in different cities and countries.·
∎ Counselling potential students/clients on education and migration opportunities abroad (UK/AUSTRALIA/CANADA/USA)·
∎ Liaising with students/clients, client institutions (universities), and other offices.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements.·
∎ Preparing necessary documents and maintaining records· Understanding the different admissions policies.
∎ Ability to meet the target.
∎ Analytical assessment ability to assess students' profiles based on the requirements.
∎ Discuss Student options and find the suitable options based on their academics, English and financial suitability.
∎ Follow up for admissions with the universities as well as students/parents.
∎ Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise for student's when they are abroad Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
∎ Research the Update of the (UK/AUSTRALIA/CANADA/USA) universities.
∎ Be a team worker. Should be able to train the team and lead them accordingly upon managing the students and counsel them through the entire process·
∎ Maintain daily work reports and keep records of students using different software and MS Office tools.
∎ Assessing university applications and supporting documents, including Statement-of-Purpose (SOP), to ensure successful admission and student visa approval.
∎ Performing industry research and supporting expansion initiatives predominantly for North America and Australia, as well as other global regions.
∎ Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/ maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university's international office/ admission office.
∎ Need to make strategic decisions for networking with the students and the stakeholders.
∎ Have to attend counselling, when necessary, with updated university requirements.
∎ Is responsible to support students in terms of Personal statement, Pre-CAS interview preparation, follow-up emails and visa application.
∎ Can work under pressure to contribute to the growth of the company as well as to promotional activities.
