Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D CAD, ANSYS, CAD Designing, Solidworks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create 3D and 2D design of sheet metal and plastic products, mold & die in details by Solidworks, AutoCAD etc (CAD Software).
∎ To modify different sheet metal and plastic parts design according to the requirements.
∎ To conduct analytical studies, thermal analysis and basic simulation work.
∎ To validate simulation results by experimentation.
∎ To synthesize results from simulations and experimentation in order to provide design guidance to the Mechanical Design team.
∎ To work with sheet metal and plastic parts.
∎ To prepare assembly instructions for structural parts.
∎ To calculate weight and material requirements for structural parts.
∎ To explain design criteria based on different product.
∎ To liaison with R&D, Production and Fabrication related works.
∎ To work with injection molding machine.
∎ Innovative test design to ensure performance.
∎ Innovative technology adoption.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Product design experience in SolidWorks, Siemens NX & AutoCAD.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in 3D Design and Drafting.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about ASME Y14 dimensioning and tolerance standards.
∎ Sound knowledge on plastic & metal properties.
∎ Sound knowledge in injection mold, blow mold & metal mold.
∎ Sound knowledge on different types of bending and punching machines.
∎ Candidates experienced in Ansys & MATLAB will get preference.
∎ Sound computer skill in Microsoft office package.
∎ Hard working, enthusiasm, Innovations creativity.
