Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To benchmark refrigerator II. To develop concept of refrigerator
∎ To design moldable parts at CAD
∎ To select tools (Mold/Die/Jig) supplier, confirm order, freeze specification (DFM), confirm availability and Implementation
∎ To prepare structural BOM
∎ To confirm component/parts and mapping
∎ To order and implementation of structural jig, fixture, gauge design
∎ To prepare and implement of structural instructions
∎ To optimize structural part cost
∎ To analyze structural assembly line and after sales service problems & to make action plan and execution on product development
∎ To confirm structural parts certification
∎ To ensure design registration and patent.
