Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To benchmark refrigerator.
∎ To develop concept of refrigerator.
∎ To design moldable parts at CAD.
∎ To select tools (Mold/Die/Jig) supplier, confirm order, freeze specification(DFM), confirm availability and Implementation.
∎ To prepare structural BOM.
∎ To confirm component/parts and mapping.
∎ To order and implementation of structural jig, fixture, gauge design.
∎ To prepare and implement of structural instructions.
∎ To optimize structural part cost.
∎ To analyze structural assembly line and after sales service problems & to make action plan and execution on product development.
∎ To confirm structural parts certification.
∎ To ensure design registration and patent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good skills in SolidWorks, MS Office, and Keyshot Software.
Salary: Negotiable
