Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university/institute.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Siemens NX, Solidworks

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plastic Mold and Sheet Metal Die Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & develop Advanced progressive die
∎ Develop Transfer Die system for prescribed Product
∎ Design & develop Hi Speed Fin Press & lamination Progressive Dies
∎ Process development of the dies manufacturing unit
∎ Creating detailed 3D and 2D design of different types of Die
∎ Calculating weight and material requirements for Die development.
∎ Modifying structural parts according to requirements.
∎ Working with Sheet Metal parts.
∎ Preparing assembly instructions for Die structural parts.
∎ Preparing bill of materials (BOM).
∎ Innovative technology adoption.
∎ Coordination with all other department for handover related issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
