Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ B.Sc in Architecture from any recognized university.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of doing all type of Architectural Designing, Analyses of Exterior and Interior Designs, Preparation of Auto CAD drawings and 3D Designing.
∎ Sound knowledge of create/plan/modify all architectural designs and Detail Designing of all component of architectural works.
∎ Good understanding/knowledge of preparation of new concept and developing innovative design solutions including exterior and interior designs.
∎ Responsible for inspection of all Projects of the Company and provide architectural solutions and recommendations on designs and implementation of works.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with the other team members of Project and also weekly review meeting with all contractors and assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Assist in the generation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for design and installation services.
∎ Responsible for joint measurements with contractors for all related works and forward the same to the Sr Project/Construction Manager for further necessary actions.
∎ Should be conversant about National Building Codes (BNBC) and other Building by-laws.
∎ Responsible for maintaining all sorts of correspondence with external Architectural Firms and Suppliers, Vendors etc.
∎ Liaison with RAJUK and all other related organizations for approval of building plans, obtaining NOC/Clearances and Occupancy Certificates etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in handling of large residential/industrial/high-rise/Mega Construction andr Real Estate industry.
∎ Computer literacy must. Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, 3DS MAX, Etc.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure and under pressure.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic.
Salary: Negotiable
