∎ Job Description:

∎ BDS is seeking a dynamic and proactive Deputy Visa Processing Officer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, office management skills, and a deep understanding of the visa processing and international e-service industry. You will provide specialized support for Resident/Non-Resident Bangladeshi citizens seeking investment citizenship visas.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Process visa applications for various countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries) efficiently and accurately.
∎ 2. Assess visa eligibility, verify documents, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
∎ 3. Ensure application forms are complete and fees are paid.
∎ 4. Schedule and conduct visa interviews if necessary.
∎ 5. Maintain the security and confidentiality of applicant information.
∎ 6. Provide excellent customer service to visa applicants.
∎ 7. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
∎ 8. Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for the specified countries.
∎ 9. Generate reports on visa application trends, approval rates, and potential issues.
∎ 10. Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in visa processing.
∎ 11. Continuously improve and streamline visa application procedures.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
∎ 2. Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in service development, office management, or a related role, preferably in the e-service and visa consultancy industry.
∎ 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
∎ 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
∎ 5. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
∎ 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, project management tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
∎ 7. Fluency in English and Bengali languages is desirable.
