Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
∎ Postgraduate degree/diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum total 15 years of experience after graduation in construction and contract management of Highway construction projects; which should include at least 2 years as Deputy Team Leader on one Highway construction project; at least 5 years total as Residential Engineer in highway construction projects. Sound knowledge of Project Management, Construction Management, Contract management and works procurement desired. At least 5 (Five) years experience of highway projects financed by multilateral development institutions is desirable.
