Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infrastructure Ltd (Steel Unit) is looking for Deputy Project Manager for EPC.
∎ Candidate should have the intention to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for project purposes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Project Manager with project planning, scheduling and executing the delivery of projects within the timeline as per budget and client’s expectations;
∎ Monitor progress and identify critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works at the site to meet targets;
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of the project;
∎ Ensure the project is executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations;
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
∎ Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited to safety and other compliance matters;
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and ability to relate layout in the construction field.
∎ Knowledge on River training work and Hydraulic structure
∎ Experience with project planning, work schedule, manpower management, equipment requirements, etc.
∎ Leadership with the capability of quick learning, conflict management, decision-making and effective communication.
