∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ • 5-6 years of experience in interior works both residential and commercial.
∎ • Capable to make BOQ
∎ • Capable to handle several projects.
∎ • Strong communication skill
∎ • Sound knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD(optional)
∎ • Hard working mentality.
∎ • Have to be a team player.
∎ • Positive mentality to accept any new challenges.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Supervising of all interior construction work at site and ensure expected quality.
∎ • Ensuring work done at site as per drawing and within schedule time.
∎ • Studying architectural drawings to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.
∎ • Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement.
∎ • Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
∎ • Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
