Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring patients receive safe and effective care.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care delivered by the nursing staff.
∎ Supervising and managing the nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Ensuring the nursing staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
∎ Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
∎ Collaborating with other departments and teams to improve patient care and hospital operations.
∎ Acting as a liaison between the nursing staff, hospital administration & Nursing College.
