∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for assisting and monitoring the smooth functioning of the department.
∎ Conducting regular visits to the designated countries to nurture relationships and assess market conditions
∎ To maintain communication of new product developments with concerns.
∎ To help in the communication process of Manufacturing and Toll-Manufacturing to prospective international clients.
∎ Make Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly report for the Top Management and report necessary information regarding international business development in the overseas market.
∎ Tapping new market segments and devising plans for augmenting business volumes and revenues.
∎ Co-ordination in dossiers (ACTD, CTD, ECTD) preparation for clients from different countries and analysis of regulatory rules of different countries.
∎ Developing strategic business plans and creating promotional materials tailored to the specific needs of the assigned countries
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards within the assigned countries
∎ Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time-frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
∎ Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
∎ Ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
∎ Negotiate with banks as per Finance guideline regarding repatriation and credit.
∎ Follow up with suppliers for shipment, payments etc.
∎ Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of prior experience in PMD/IMD within a well-regarded pharmaceutical company is highly desirable.
∎ Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
∎ Fluency in one or more additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is highly advantageous and will be given preference.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel extensively abroad is a key requirement for this role
