Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's in any discipline from any reputed university (Graduation major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operation Management or relevant certificate course will get preferences)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Supply Chain department.
∎ Create and update the company's supply chain strategy.
∎ Analyze data from delivery process to find bottlenecks and other issues
∎ Evaluate and report on the basis of KPIs
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records
∎ Train and guide employees for delivery and depots.
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
∎ Resolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents)
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
∎ Sound knowledge about customs related documents and procedure.
∎ Monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder, C&F and Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs, PDB, Power Ministry etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about payment terms and product HS code.
∎ Ensure all logistic activities related to export & import.
∎ Must be able to work independently without minimum supervision
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 05-07 years' experience on Commercial/Purchase, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Retail Operation, ERP software
