Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry /Applied Chemistry (with B.Sc. in Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry and related field) or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. or PhD in Chemistry or Agriculture Chemistry from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Accreditation Process, analytical and decision making ability, QC & Compliance, QC Laboratory, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Management System, Sound knowledge on Analytical and Laboratory instruments.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop different cost-effective analytical methods.
∎ Follow, ensure and implement the QC/QA process.
∎ Prepare the Quality manual in connection to ISO/IEC 17025 or WHO process.
∎ Perform and ensure activities related to ISO/IEC 17025 certification.
∎ Handle all sophisticated analytical instruments like GC, GC-MS, HPLC, AAS etc. to analyze the chemicals.
∎ Ensure & comply with FAO/WHO/National Standards/Certification Authorities: Physico-chemical parameters.
∎ Implement AOAC, CIPAC methodologies and know the methods of Chemicals Analysis of Agro chemicals/Industrial Chemicals/Other Chemicals/wastes etc.
∎ Preparation of Quality Manual/Documentation process regarding ISO/IEC/WHO process.
∎ Develop new technology/processes related to laboratory activities.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and update/enrichment of all QC/R&D documents -Specifications, SOP, MSDS, Process Sheet, Method of Analysis, Test report etc. as per requirement.
∎ Attend all internal & external audits and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions as per observations and suggestions by auditor and visitor.
∎ Maintain liaison and good relationships with business commercial and government regulatory authorities.
∎ Oversee the safety and housekeeping of the R&D Laboratory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate with experience in renowned Pharmaceutical organizations is highly preferable.
