∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Quality compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and monitor projects upgradation towards Excellency by quality construction, project people upgradation.
∎ Arrange necessary training programs, presentations, seminars, etc. and develop construction quality views to all concern departments.
∎ Develop Project personnel in a way that they can take project ownership towards cleanliness & safety-security.
∎ Take steps to develop the required skills of project personnel towards quality construction through Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
∎ Ensure complained finishing works to outside stakeholder on time by effective planning, visiting and monitoring.
∎ Design, implement and improve company quality standards. Establish SOP of construction works, standard testing methods to construction materials, etc.
∎ Devise, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
∎ Overseeing the development procedures of construction works to identify any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Supervising Quality Inspectors, Supervisors, and other staff members and providing guidance.
∎ Develop common zones with magnificent and aristocrat attitude that create positive impact on the brand value of the organization.
∎ Do necessary coordination to all concern departments to mitigate all difficulties and take initiatives to make platform of smooth running of construction with quality.
∎ Ensure legal obligations are followed and compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
∎ Take step to establish concrete lab with testing equipment, and do subsequent development.
∎ Keeping accurate documentation of project finding works and performing statistical analysis for development and growth.
∎ Follow-up of upcoming project progress and report to the Management with logical expiation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Public University will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
