∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
∎ Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
∎ Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
∎ Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
∎ Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
∎ Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
∎ Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs'
∎ Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
∎ To ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly.
∎ You shall be held responsible for any loss, breakage and damage if any caused by your willful negligence and improper way at doing your duties.
∎ Crisis management in Complex premises e.g. law & order situation, Accident & Fire Fighting, Generator, Electric Substation.
∎ Carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization
∎ Takes action in response to suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in assigned area.
∎ Completes logs or reports pertinent to duties or daily activities.
∎ Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
∎ Conducts fire drills and safety and fire prevention programs.
∎ Provides training on fire prevention, the proper use of fire suppression equipment and building evacuation procedures and conducts inspections for fire, safety or security risks or hazards and recommends corrective measures.
∎ Co-ordinate Health & Safety Committee activities, ensuring regular meetings and inspections are taking place, follow up action is being taken, and that required membership and certification requirements are met.
∎ Monitor new and revised health and safety legislation to remain current with latest requirements
∎ Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during start and end of business hours
∎ Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on shift
∎ Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
∎ Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
∎ Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
∎ Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
∎ Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
∎ Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
∎ Patrols assigned areas maintaining buildings and grounds security, responds to emergency situations, assists in searches, and observes and reports special hazards.
∎ Responds to and assists with emergency and assistance calls, or other situations; notifies the appropriate emergency personnel as needed
∎ Maintenance of assigned administrative work.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Hospital and Healthcare Sector.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure

Salary: Negotiable
