Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management, supervision and facilitation of all inventory, equipment and material available at warehouse.
∎ Cataloging received materials as per category and display requirements
∎ Organize safe and efficient receipt of all materials and display as per guideline.
∎ Coordinate and manage corporate governance and procedures related to inventory management
∎ Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual or computerized inventory systems
∎ Plan, coordinate and monitor the orders and dispatch of materials
∎ Confer with related personnel to coordinate inventory management activities
∎ Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans
∎ Comprehend business objectives and vision to identify warehouse contribution and drive toward achievements
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
∎ Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Ensure on-time order fulfillment process
∎ Maintain Optimum inventory level of materials
∎ Conduct monthly stock agencies analysis both for sold and unsold stock
∎ Conduct monthly brand wise and category wise stock movement analysis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Tech-savvy and proficient in information technology
∎ Proficient in Supply Chain Management
∎ Understands export-import business
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relevant field
