Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all electromechanical equipment installation, operational and maintenance such as Solar Solution, Street Lighting Solutions, Lightning Protection Solution, etc. as per the standard procedures or manufacture guidelines.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and control devices in different work place to identify hazards, defects and make corrective actions.
∎ Sound knowledge about process operation and electrical system.
∎ Capable for fault findings & trouble shooting as per drawing of any electrical equipment or machines.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of all electrical & electronic devices in process and capable to take proper plan about solar panel, inverter, LED Light, GI Pole, motor, electrical panel, plc, etc. to reduce electrical breakdown.
∎ Carryout schedule maintenance jobs, understand faults, troubles, and respond with preventive and corrective actions/maintenance.
∎ Monitoring safety awareness & through the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
∎ Initiate new activities to improve the efficiency of each technicians and enhancing their contribution in the execution process.
∎ Should be capable of reducing nonproductive time and excess working hour.
∎ Should be capable of reducing excess manpower or unused manpower in line.
∎ Have the ability to prepare skill matrix or skill inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Electro-Mechanical equipment's & tools.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
