Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Checking PR and recommend to purchase, store & delivery, QC of the procure items, billing settlement issues and reconciliation etc.
∎ Responsible for dealing with suppliers, conduct negotiation if required, arrange agreement, monitor to purchase quality materials with competitive price and follow up purchase team time to time.
∎ Coordinate, communicate, liaison with concerned department / stakeholders to speed-up the procurement department’s function.
∎ Responsible for procurement process fixation, monitor stock & purchase record, work order and PR recommendation for approval through Software.
∎ Management of procurement staff in (and across) sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
∎ Conduct regular market survey to evaluate market intelligence of products availability, setting up product pricing, new items information, consumer behavior to assess the development needs of the business at all levels in context of regular operation and expansion.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action plan for the department.
∎ Plan, organize and control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin.
∎ Develop and manage new and alternative procurement sources and maintain supplier database with suppliers rating and identify the best and the right suppliers to get the quality products in time.
∎ Introduce and implement supplier/vendor assessment and selection techniques.
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payment.
∎ Ensure that right products are delivered to the right location on time, maintaining required quality and in the most cost-effective way.
∎ Capable of setting LC terms & conditions, handling VAT, TAX and AIT related documents and issues to some extent.
∎ Maintain duplicate files of each and every purchased, delivery or shipped item and time to time provide an update to the management.
∎ Any other task as assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Worked in a renowned power generation company will get extra preference.
∎ Communication, Multitasking, Technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating system & software (MS Excel, MS Word).
∎ Ability to work under pressure
