Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management/Finance or relevant discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide accurate and objective oriented Master Production Schedule which are optimized, feasible and realistic while ensuring required service level and inventory objectives are met.
∎ Develop the supply plan to ensure the timely availability of products to the customers with optimum cost and inventory levels.
∎ Ensure optimum resources availability (capacity, materials, manpower and space) for the 18-months Monthly Operation Review (MOR) horizon.
∎ Working capital optimization by unbundling of inventory at company level for Finished Goods.
∎ Ensure Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Packaging Materials stock covers as per inventory strategy thereby increasing Freshness of products to get the competitive edge.
∎ Prepare MOR (Monthly Operation Review) product family sheets and bring out un-resolved issues.
∎ Optimize Customer Service Level in order to increase Organic Growth of business by improving demand plan accuracy, weekly exceptions in demand and supply and robust operational plan.
∎ Prepare sourcing strategy to ensure optimization of resources and lower cost to serve in a multi manufacturing environment.
∎ Monitor Mastering Scheduling Attainment (MSA), Dispatch Performance (DP), Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) for reliable supply strategy.
∎ Ensure effective use of systems like MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning and Control), SD (Sales & Distribution), APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer) Modules.
∎ Proper coordination with Factory (Engineering, Purchasing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing and Finance) Departments for proper information flow to all concerned for effective operations.
∎ Monitor and improve the freshness of Raw and Packaging Materials and MSA (Master Scheduling Attainment) at the factory level also coordinate all project charters agreed for operational efficiency basis Inbound Materials Management framework in Supply Chain.
∎ Identify gaps in demand and supply for medium and long term plans and suggest capacity expansions to bridge this gap. Ensuring information flow to Management committee to support decision making process for capacity enhancement and problem resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Good analytical, mathematical and planning skills
∎ Good knowledge of SCM related software
∎ Good command over MS Office suite. Especially in MS Excel
