Educational Requirements:
∎ Only Public University graduate in Civil Engineering is eligible.
∎ (BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET or any other)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Project Management, Quality Control Management, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit project sites track and analyze error trends regarding materials and quality of work
∎ Find and report of all defective works and non-compliance of project from construction period to Handover.
∎ Follow up of rectification of non-compliance and defective work.
∎ Advise relevant stakeholders to adopt corrective actions as required by quality standards.
∎ Submit non-compliance report to the management.
∎ Act as a catalyst for change and improvement of work quality and quantity of materials as per BOQ.
∎ Check all drawings are maintained at site.
∎ Check safety and security measure adequately maintained.
∎ Any other activities when as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills.
∎ In-depth understanding about construction materials and project works.
∎ Self-starter, ability to prioritize.
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
