Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategic plan for new product launch and the marketing plan for the assigned products.
∎ To manage the implementation of assigned elements of marketing plan.
∎ Develop & implement new product launch plan and make them brand leader
∎ To formulate and implement winning brand strategy.
∎ To create different tools for strategic positioning.
∎ To ensure key message development and communication for product positioning and profiling for each product.
∎ To set yearly budget objectives and forecast of a product for marketing.
∎ To translate the product related scientific findings into market messages in order to communicate to the physicians through FFs.
∎ To work closely with the sales team to ensure open communication and to work in the field for joint call with the field force to understand the market, competition and customers need as well as their attitude.
∎ To prepare the cycle plan, promotional guidelines (in consultation with superior and sales team) and relevant promotional materials for the "cycle plan" to achieve the set budget for the period.
