∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with preference will be given to graduates from BUET, RUET, KUET or CUET.
∎ Experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in design, analysis, planning, technical execution,Factory operation and implementation of engineering solutions.
∎ Experience working in a PMO environment or multidisciplinary project teams.
∎ Strategic thinking with an ability to assess technical-commercial viability.
∎ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Innovative mindset with problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the business development team to evaluate mechanical engineering aspects of potential projects, including pre-feasibility and feasibility assessments.
∎ Support the preparation of technical proposals, concept notes, feasibility reports, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Analyze mechanical system options with respect to cost, scheduling impact, and technical risk to support informed decision-making in project planning.
∎ Engage with technology providers, vendors, and research partners to identify, assess, and propose innovative mechanical solutions and collaborations.
∎ Conduct technical feasibility studies, concept evaluations, and assessments for emerging mechanical technologies and support R&D and pilot projects.
∎ Work with multidisciplinary teams to support the design, prototyping, and performance testing of new mechanical systems and materials.
∎ Prepare detailed engineering plans and provide end-to-end mechanical engineering support from design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
∎ Monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory codes, including site inspections and technical reviews.
