∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory store management, Management Information System, MIS Report
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all incoming and outgoing materials of store.
∎ Receive Materials as per Challan, PO/WO and other relevant documents.
∎ Check quality and quantity of the received materials.
∎ Store and preserve materials at proper and convenient places so that items could be easily located.
∎ Issue materials as per Material Receiving Requisition (MRR) & maintain the store ledger.
∎ Prepare stock statements/report on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit it to the relevant Authority.
∎ Coordinate with the purchase department, accounts departments for purchasing of material and bill clearance.
∎ Assist Procurement department in forecasting material requirements.
∎ Maintain safety stock and re-order level.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
∎ Maintain proper stores record with the help of bin card and store ledger etc.
∎ Lead, Guide, and direct subordinates to ensure their effective performance.
∎ Maintaining liaison with other projects and head office for materials receiving and issuing purpose and doing other job as assigned by the management.
∎ Any other work as assigned by management.
