Security Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the operational activities of Security Department.
∎ Assist to develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to security management.
∎ Maintain liaison with local administration and Government authorities.
∎ Update the company Security Policies and SOPs.
∎ Manage departmental budgets and monitor operating expenses to reduce overall costs.
∎ Manage the protocol when needed for the Management.
∎ Conduct the interview of security personnel and deploy them at different projects and office premises on time.
∎ Evaluate security staff performance, ensure discipline and arrange training.
∎ Manage the network of security safeguard of the company's assets and property, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
∎ Assist to manage incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
