∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Candidates from BUET/ CUET/KUET/RUET/ SUST are highly preferable.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable Deputy Manager/ Manager (Project Management and construction) to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. The chosen candidate will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
∎ Candidates from reputed Real Estate Company or Developer Company are highly preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising & executing construction of building project including pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
∎ Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing.
∎ Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Complying building regulations, standards and by-laws enforced by Building Regulatory Acts.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.
∎ Responsible to handover the project to its clients on time.
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from reputed Real Estate Company or Developer Company are highly preferable.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in office package.
∎ Should be able to manage high quality residential/commercial building construction works.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be honest, dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
