Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work experience in the field of Interior Fit-out Works Supervision Good quality of finishing work
∎ Take measurements and prepare a general layout after visiting a site Good working Knowledge of Auto Cad
∎ Responsible for Site Execution, monitoring daily progress, and quality control Material used at the site should be as per specifications
∎ Maintain a day-to-day record of work progress at the site Maintain a Daily Progress chart and other related documents for reporting and records
∎ He/ She should be good at handling vendors & labor at the site. Knowledge of BOQ items with specifications
∎ He/ She is required to handle the General supervision on the side.
∎ This position is responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations and ensures the efficiency, cost management, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and innovation at stores
∎ To provide maintenance support to all restaurants at the Circle level for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure capacity building of existing technicians. Train them in day-to-day operation, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance.
∎ Monitoring Temp compliance, Diesel pilferage & Electricity unit usage
∎ Ensuring Cold room temperature compliance
∎ Improving power factor
∎ Finding and implementing energy-saving initiatives to reduce electricity consumption
∎ Ensuring Preventive Maintenance of the equipment and machines
∎ Resolving Help Desk Complaints within the TAT
∎ Break Down Analysis
∎ Ensuring Refrigeration Compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy with Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel.
∎ Experience in MNC Fast food chain or retail shops is highly Preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
