Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, take on the management of specific project(s) with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope
∎ Monitor and analyze medical records, leakage data, utilization data, doctor issues, appointment cancellation rate, revenue from doctors’ consultations, and retention rate of patients against doctors
∎ Serve as a liaison between the staff, management, and patients
∎ Design and implement short, medium, and long-term goals for the Medical Services team
∎ Frame budgets and operational strategy for Medical Services department
∎ Oversee finances, including setting the rates for various health services, budgeting and revenue monitoring
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline the operational procedures of the facility to provide patients with the best care
∎ Serve as a liaison for the Medical Services function to effectively support marketing initiatives
∎ Work with other departments (e.g, Marketing, IT, etc.) to design new initiatives for improving patient care at Praava
∎ Develop new policies for better patient experience and satisfaction
∎ Ensure compliance with various government policies and legal regulations, reflecting current best practices and JCI standards in consultations with Department Coordinators
∎ Ensure the security and safety of patient healthcare records
∎ Communicate with doctors, specialists, nurses, ward attendants and vendors
∎ Preparing and developing suitable training material on various clinical issues, imparting orientation to newly inducted visiting specialists and arranging CMEs for medical staff
∎ Develop parameters to identify the quality of doctors
∎ Develop & implement strategy to best utilize doctors' expertise by specialty and category
∎ Constantly monitor the new initiatives and resolve issues and realign scope following agile (iterative) method.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical Skills/Knowledge:
∎ Demonstrate an understanding of personalities and behavioral styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and have informed discussion around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships
∎ Strong negotiation & influencing skills
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Experience in basic data analysis and interest in improving capabilities
∎ Proficiency in IT tools: Microsoft Office (including Excel), Google Suite
