Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all kinds of recruitment, selection, orientation and training of employees.
∎ Maintaining previous & current Admin and HR files, employee files and vendor files by keeping all kind of records.
∎ Preparation and processing of attendance sheet for officers & staff for salary and bonus, including employee attendance, leave w/o pay or absenteeism and arrears.
∎ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting
∎ and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
∎ Maintaining and supervising about all kinds of facilities for proper maintenance of internal & external environment of the office premises.
∎ Allocation of office vehicles as per requirements, vehicle documents renewal and monitoring all kinds of vehicle repair and maintenance.
∎ Maintaining official purchase related documents such as Purchase Requisition forms, invoices, delivery bills etc...
∎ Coordinate with various departments/managers to understand their needs to provide for smooth
∎ Operation.
∎ Assist with other day to day operations of the Admin and HR functions & responsibility.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 years working experience in HR & Admin.
∎ Candidate having entrepreneurial and innovative mentality.
∎ He should have unique personality with self recognizer in the business environment.
∎ Having knowledge about organizational behavior, Individual perception, attitude and motivation that might have filled best expectation for the company.
