Educational Requirements:
∎ Chemistry Post Graduation or Equivalent in Chemistry from any reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate Galvanizing production processes on daily basis to produce high - quality products.
∎ To ensure completion of production quantity as per target schedule
∎ Time & cost management in term of chemical & Zinc consumption & effective manpower utilization.
∎ To check & test of every chemicals as per specific frequency.
∎ Report preparation & maintain SOP, Standards of Galvanizing Plant Operation.
∎ Risk management of the floor as PPE Codes.
∎ To ensure safe operation of all machinery & auxiliary equipment.
∎ Understand all design, Drawings & specification according to plant standards.
∎ Understand Galvanizing Standards & meet customer requirement to the fullest
∎ Develop Galvanizing process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
∎ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to the concerned Management immediately.
∎ Evaluate current Galvanizing production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Develop best practices to improve Galvanizing production capacity, quality, and reliability.
∎ Identify Galvanizing manufacturing needs for new products in development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience requirement 7-10 years among which 5 years' or above experience in Galvanizing.
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel)
∎ Mailing communication skill
∎ 100% honest with integrity.
∎ Good Physical Strength for hard works with fitness
∎ Truthfulness
∎ Good team player
∎ Selected candidates should have mentality to stay in nearly factory at Dhamrai.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
