∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skills & report writing with presentation.
∎ Computer literacy is a must, especially in office packages with knowledge of ERP.
∎ Should have modern system adaptability & creativity.
∎ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
∎ Should have honesty & integrity with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures about Administration & Compliance.
∎ Maintain and manage up-to-date compliance files to ensure smooth administrative functions.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including.
∎ Effectively organize and lead the administration team, which is responsible for office support, security, legal affairs and general site/office maintenance.
∎ Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of all the company properties.
∎ Ensure the availability of fire and safety equipment in good condition for the safe working environment of the plant.
∎ Monitor Transport and overall logistics issues as per company policy.
∎ Maintain incident reports and share them with management monthly.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
