Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ On time license renewal, takes approval for new license from concern Govt. authority and other regulatory agencies, offices and institutions.
∎ To maintain active communication with Law enforcing agencies and local communities to coordinate various administrative issues.
∎ Responsible for the functions relevant to attendance (including daily labor), security, housekeeping, gardening, health and safety.
∎ Sourcing for Manpower Contractor(s), Scrap Vendors timely.
∎ To look after all 3rd party service providers (like security, cleaning, labor supplier & scrap vendors etc) daily operational activities and take proper steps if any violation of agreements.
∎ Controlling staff/workers OT, proper manpower utilization & productivity improvement.
∎ To deal with staff/worker disciplinary issues, grievances & compensation.
∎ To deal with canteen, dormitory, casualty & medical issues.
∎ Protect and maintain company assets & update database accordingly.
∎ All kind of admin related bill prepare.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by your competent authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Have experience in drafting both in Bangla & English.
∎ Have good experience in HRIS software.
∎ Working as a good team member.
