Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in BIDA, Immigration Department activities like work permit, security clearance, visa renewal & relevant tasks.
∎ Experience in renewal and takes approval for both renewal and to take new license from Govt & other regulatory agencies, like- City Corporation, BRTA (vehicles license- renewal/fitness), DESCO, Titas Gas, Law enforcing agencies, local communities and.
∎ Experience to deal with 3rd party service providers like transport, air ticket, hotels, securities, cleaning, interior design etc.
∎ Experience in rent/lease/services, car rental related tasks for corporate office, expat residence.
∎ On time report submission like – administrative cost & expense etc.
∎ Responsible for general administration that include daily attendance, leave management, corporate SIM, employee ID Card, Visiting card etc.
∎ Able to preparation office notes, circular, meeting minutes etc.
∎ Able to initiate and maintain close coordination and liaison with each and every department and extend due cooperation towards employees
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Microsoft Office Applications, typing skill in English and Bangla.
