∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical/ MBA in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Foreign procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, steel industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiate and purchase materials from right, reputed & reliable vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchase, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier, establishing PO.
∎ Coordinate with plant stores, users and follow-up material flow in time.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to pay.
∎ Analysis the data, prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure product availability on time.
∎ Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time.
∎ Any other duties assigned by head of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Have at least 06 years relevant experiences on procurement system & procedures.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
∎ Very strong communication and negotiating skill in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be well conversant with ERP (especially ORACLE software).
∎ Should be smart, energetic, intelligent, hardworking and honest.
∎ Well conversant with Computer literacy.
∎ Analytical mind set and goal oriented personality.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
