∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop farmers, traders and institutional cattle producers in new locations and source cattle as per monthly target from new locations/farmers.
∎ Extend scientific cattle rearing practices to existing and new farmers.
∎ Provide or share technical knowledge to existing and new farmers.
∎ Establish cattle sourcing hubs in new locations.
∎ Visit different cattle hats, villages, individual farmers, cattle traders, brokers, NGOs and District Livestock Offices to collect information to conduct a thorough cattle sourcing value chain mapping and look for ways to eliminate intermediary cattle sources to gain price advantage in procurement·
∎ Visit different cattle hats, villages, farms, NGOs to develop new sources of cattle.
∎ Carry out and prepare necessary project proposals, submit new project proposal, work closely with partners to complete projects in due time and efficient way and report assigned projects closeout to stakeholders.
∎ Support BL&F team to source expected quality of cattle for marbling project.
∎ Development and support to planned activities about contract farming for cattle fattening and sourcing.
∎ Lead access to finance contract farming under new geographic area.
∎ Strengthen contract farming segment under direct sourcing department.
