∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Submit electricity bill to BPDB & collect bill timely from BPDB.
∎ Prepare documents for Machinery, Parts, HFO import permission and Clearance Tax Exemption Certificate from BPDB various department.
∎ Close liaison with client, Bank, C&F Agent and Customs Authority and transportation companies to ensure the shipments arrive in a timely manner and in good physical condition.
∎ Close liaison with BPDB and other government bodies/agencies relevant to power plant issue of the companies.
∎ To manage the importation of goods from other countries and ensure items are shipped by the most expedient and cost-effective methods.
∎ Contact, collect and negotiate on price offers from foreign suppliers or their local agents and prepare comparative price statements for management decision.
∎ To follow-up the documents from time to time from the time the import order is received until the merchandise reaches its final destination by completing all related forms and documents according to stringent guidelines and processed in timely manner.
∎ To prepare export documents related with Bank, C&F, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders.
∎ Collect MRR/QCC against consignment (Import/Export) and settle C&F agent bill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
