∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise, monitor, and ensure the overall quality of construction works, including finishing works and materials, as per project specifications.
∎ Create monthly reports and work plans for ongoing projects.
∎ Resolve construction-related issues at project sites in coordination with consultants when required.
∎ Communicate with contractors, design teams (consultants), and the corporate office during construction.
∎ Create and maintain engineering documents and records for ongoing projects.
∎ Attend meetings and coordinate with the corporate office, contractors, and related stakeholders.
∎ Supervise, direct, and monitor project development at every stage.
∎ Measure completed work for running bills and record results in measurement books.
∎ Prepare BOQs based on project drawings.
∎ Use engineering software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Google platforms proficiently.
∎ Write technical reports, emails, and monthly progress updates effectively.
