Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Routine visits to the factory floors and premises to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.
∎ Should have practical experience in administration related works, Office Management, File Maintain, Security & Safety etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with government and regulatory authorities.
∎ Ensure proper safety and security of the men, materials and documents of the factory.
∎ Maintain necessary paper works in the office for record-keeping, correspondence and update relevant files, insurance copies & licenses and arrange timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc.
∎ Deal with all admin issues, attendance & leave management, duty roster, overtime, compensation and benefit of casual & daily workers.
∎ Responsible for proper security of the plant and warehouse along with monitoring security department activities and their roster.
∎ Handle all administrative, legal, labor issue, VAT issue, IR issue.
∎ Monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Labor law.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
