∎ Masters/ MBA from any reputed University with good academic record;
∎ PGDHRM will be added as advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall activities of the Administration department;
∎ Dealing with discipline matters Monitoring Security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues as per labor law;
∎ Responsible for official correspondence & systematic file management;
∎ Monitor worker/staff/officers in/out and leave management;
∎ Ensure fire safety issues at the factory premises;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 05years’ experience in similar position in any reputed and large manufacturing industry;
∎ Should be competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels;
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law-2006 & Labor Rules-2015, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
