∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Cash Voucher/ Bank Voucher/ Journal Vouchers with supporting documents.
∎ Daily Cash Collection & Banking.
∎ Prepare DTR.
∎ Deep knowledge on P & L statement and have to prepare it.
∎ Maintain and update all the ledgers time to time.
∎ Prepare weekly & Monthly accounts and submit timely.
∎ Prepare yearly budgets and submit timely.
∎ Liaison with head office for accounts and business relevant issues.
∎ Get the approval from relevant authorities for accounts and purchase relevant matters.
∎ Ensure all receives and payments are making as per proper approval.
∎ Strategic planning for accounts, finance and business development.
∎ Prepare accounts, finance and business relevant reports as per management desire.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Area of Business: Vocational Training center / Skill Manpower Export
∎ Public universities will get preference
∎ Should be presentable and well conversed.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, smart, hardworking, result-oriented, quick learner and ability to work in a team.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS application (Word, Excel, Power Point). Pretend to knows accounting software.
