Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive direction from and report to General Manger
∎ According to PPP Contract, take full responsibility for the company's business work.
∎ Responsible for business negotiation and contract signing with customs clearance agents, tax agents, banks and insurance, etc..
∎ Responsible for the compilation of commercial quotation scheme in the bidding stage of the project, review the commercial bidding documents, participate in bid opening and clarification activities.
∎ Responsible for the personnel, administrative and logistics management of the company to ensure the reasonable talent structure and the quality of life of employees.
∎ In accordance with the provisions of the contract, responsible for the recovery of project funds according to the project progress points or milestones.
∎ Should have 05 years' working experience on management and operation/construction of the water treatment, supply and distribution projects.
∎ Reading, writing & speaking in Chinese & English Language is essential.
∎ Other tasks assigned by superior.
