Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be responsible for over all in charge of Commercial Division of the Company.
∎ Must have practical experience in Commercial/ BEPZA/ Custom/ Bank/ Export Import/LC/ Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain.
∎ Must be experience in Export-Import Indenting and Banking.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Import, export, procurement, account & Finance with Banking and other related task of Commercial Department in any reputed Industry/ Paper Mills/ Industrial Unit.
∎ Can handle any kind of Raw materials, Capital Machinery & spare parts of Machinery.
∎ Sourcing, supplier selection, Negotiation, make by decision procurement procedure.
∎ Create and implement SOPs.
∎ Build and maintain network with all the stakeholders.
∎ Highly skilled to liaison with the concerned authorities to ensure all types of certificates such as IRC, ERC, other memberships etc are renewed in due time.
∎ To Perform on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export;
∎ To handle local and foreign import of raw materials and all related documentation for manufacturing industry.
∎ To handle EPB related activities & Prepare documents.
∎ Supervise and monitor day-to-day work of the incumbents to ensure proper and smooth distribution of goods and materials.
