Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement recovery strategies specific to the distribution & Plaza Networking sales channel.
∎ Create SOPs for credit control, receivables management, and delinquency mitigation.
∎ Monitor overdue accounts and aging reports.
∎ Analyze trends and identify high-risk accounts for proactive action.
∎ Monitor receivables across regions and ensure timely collections from all channel partners.
∎ Lead regular reconciliations and manage disputes on claims, returns, or billing.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal credit policy, legal frameworks, and audit requirements.
∎ Liaise with legal teams on escalated cases, including issuance of legal notices and initiating legal proceedings if required.
∎ Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Channel Management teams.
∎ Act as a key liaison with distributors and large dealers to maintain trust while ensuring discipline.
∎ Generate and present recovery dashboards, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and aging reports.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Deputy General Manager – Recovery will be responsible for leading and managing recovery operations across the distribution sales channel and Plaza/ Showroom Sales Channel as well. This role will ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from distributors, dealers, and channel partners, minimizing bad debts, and strengthening credit and risk controls.
