∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ Registered Pharmacist with M.Pharm from any reputed Universities of Bangladesh.
∎ Bangladesh University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Practical Experiences on the following is mandatory:
∎ Manufacturing, & Product Development of Pharmaceutical Products of different Dosage-form category including Solid Dosage-form (Tablet, Capsule, Liquid, Dry Syrup, PFS), Semi-Solid Dosage-Forms (Ointment, Cream, Gel, Lotion), Liquid dosage-form (Oral Solutions, Suspensions, Emulsions), External liquids.
∎ Commercials works like Indenting, Banking, WASA, DESCO etc.
∎ Regulatory dealings like Drug Administration, VAT & Tax etc.
∎ Marketing & Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and solve all issues related to Admin & HR department;
∎ Monitor and continue to improve service delivery standards for the Admin & HR function by developing appropriate HR policy;
∎ Ensure the organization is appropriately designed to support the achievement of business objectives;
∎ Must be able to maintain close liaison with all related Govt. agencies and regulatory bodies like Fire Service, BERC, local thana, RAB etc.;
∎ Look after & execute all the activities related with factory;
∎ Set & execute Marketing & Sales policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
