Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the operations of the hospital and diagnostic center
∎ Work closely with hospital physicians
∎ Create and implement policies for operational procedures.
∎ Manage both business operations and medical needs.
∎ Supervise and improve patient care efficiency
∎ Oversee budgeting and accounting, as well as creating quarterly and annual budgets.
∎ Meet financial targets while maintaining the hospital's budget
∎ Lead marketing efforts to ensure smooth hospital operations.
∎ Prepare work schedules
∎ Create reports to analyze department effectiveness
∎ Stay up-to-date on healthcare laws, regulations, and medical and technological advances.
∎ Communicate policy updates to healthcare staff.
∎ Other duties as needed by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in working in Hospital is must
∎ Good understanding of management reporting, budgeting, HR Analytics, ER.
∎ Hands on experience in conducting disciplinary procedures.
∎ Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and make critical decision.
∎ Highly motivated, and passionate.
