∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have the practical experience in the position of DGM/GM (Technical) in Cement, Sugar, Food Industry for at least 02-03 years and the total experience should be not less than 15 years in the relevant field. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Food Industry, Sugar, Cement, Polymer, Beverage etc. Should have sound Knowledge in Auto CAD Drawing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The consultant should be conversant in formulation/preparation of Feasibility report.Plan and design new manufacturing processes.Design and implement cost- effective devise modifications to improve reliability, safety and throughput.Develop, test and evaluate theoretical designs.Should be able to understand the broad parameter in a project proposal.Discuss and solve intricate problems with sub-contractors, manufacturing departments, customers and suppliers.Ensure that a product is made once again unfailingly and is performing consistently in particular operating environments.Manage projects with the help of engineering techniques and principles.Work with some other professionals outside and within the engineering specialization.To make site visit (or visit to identify a suitable site) for a particular type of industry.To make comparison of the main parameter of a new project with the similar data of the existing units.Should be capable to interact with the Top Management for strategic planning, management evaluation, monitoring and implementation of projects under the GroupShould be a self started/motivator, capable of creating new project ideas/concepts for industrial development.Should have experience in project implementation.Co-ordinate between factory and management regarding major problems of the factory.Should be able to ensure spares and different technical support to the factory.Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
